First touch of Korea's soil (Day 4)

Annyeong Haseyo.....finally finally...i meant finally, i don't have to struggle or to crack my brain to remember what i have to write. Mi an Hamnida .....Day 4 is like a historical day. And whenever Duke, the tourguide started talking, we will all doze off....!!Seriously, we all really did fell asleep whenever he starts telling all history.

Early in the morning, after a nice and warm breakfast of porridge, we rushed over to the airport to catch a 9am plane back to Seoul.I felt sad for i really did love Jeju Island. Remembering the night before when Aunty and Uncle Kok took us for shopping. (PS: Korea has so many undertunnel station and they tend to create an undertunnel shopping centre. I was amazed with the sight.....and they are so up to date. You can find the latest fashion there. I bought a cute ear munks to keep my ears from getting pain so often due to the cold weather.) And there are people from Malaysia who thought me and Kelnice were from Japan. Hahaha..you ve flatten me. Arigato.....

Taking off
Good bye Jeju Island.....

I was trying to sleep but woke up with a neck pain.....when i looked out, it was time for us to land...

Seoul
Welcome to the city of SEOUL......
Xiao Pu, the photograph man met us at the Airport. And straight away, we headed to IMJINGAK (The history place)
I wasn't paying attention to what the tourguide was saying. All i know is that, this theme park caught my attention.I was looking at it, wishing and wishing that i could play with it. We had i think seafood for lunch...!Then we stroll around that place for a bit before catching up a 1pm bus to the Dorasan station and etc.... The Freedom Bridge. You might think it looks long, but actually it was blocked at the other end and you just can't pass through it. We were told that the other side belongs to the West Korea and according to the tourguide, they didn't like the West Korean's for they did a lot of bad stuffs. The damaged train. Now, this was amazing.......you should have seen the damages on this train! We had chicken stick again for the weather is simply too cold. Then we share bus with the China's.Oh MY GOD...they are seriously noisy. No wonder most people didn't like the china's. The Dorasan Station You can't take picture of the views out there for that is the West Korea. It has been divided into half. Not everyone can enter to this place. We got to have our passport checked by the army. (PS:He was holding a gun in his hand.Whoever can't show his/her passport will have to be shot dead at once.Scary look!!) The army girls.. DMZ...
I am stepping onto West Korea.....
Before we leave, we have to do some exercise, where we will have to walked downwards to the 3rd Tunnel. There were altogether 4 tunnels but we were only allow to visit one.But they did showed us a short videoclip on how the tunnels are formed. It was made by the West Korea to make it easier for them to come to our place. I enjoyed this walk excluded the facts that i did got my head knock several times due to the short height. The tunnel was great. I felt so much like an archaelogist while i was walking through the tunnel...
We had a short nap on the bus. When we woke up, we got to learn how to make Kimchi.Yeaaaaaa.......!There were altogether 200 types of kimchi. The one we ate often are the most simplest and normal one.. Say cheese.. Him Nae ra...
They let us try some octopus and salted fish kimchi. I did bought some back with me to Malaysia. And i will bring it over with me when i flew to Perth next January. We were allowed to wear their traditional costume. That lady chose a pink one for me. It was nice and easy to wear. Not a bit like KIMONO...but i will always love Kimono... Little Kylie and me. I hate that thing i was wearing on my head. Kelnice and me.Annyeong...
Despite the boring history, i enjoyed this day a lot...for this was my first time experiencing DIY kimchi and trying out their traditional costume. And, i always hated pork, but tonight, i ate my fair share. We had BBQ PORK for dinner. You know, the type which you have to eat it with lettuce and sauce and rice. I LOVE IT...... 3 cheers for me for being so bold to eat pork. I usually hate the taste of it..but tonight, i gave in....MY FIRST TIME in korea again...MA SI SO YOOOOO...
What do we do after eating??SLEEPING of course. Yes we really did sleep for we have to be on the bus for nearly 3 hours. We got to arrive at Mt Sorak tonight. So we had to bear the long journey. Mt Sorak was cool.....and we are staying at an appartment for tonight. Our room with our big luggages...
We were afraid to sleep in different room as this appartment is quite huge. There were living room and kitchen. We were allowed to cook. So me and Kelnice went to the mart to buy some instant noodles and some snacks.I enjoyed the night......!yeahh..we are going Ski-ing the next day. Wait a minute, i haven't even tried skiing before! Will i fall down??Will i get hurt???
Check out more pictures in my FACEBOOK. And be patient pleaseeee....i know you guys are patient enough.....
In conclusion, once again......I LOVE KOREAAAA.....SARANGHEYO HAN GUK....
